Meet the Owner

Kiee Garland, RM (NCRM), our founder and lead consultant, has played an integral role in the advancement of the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, contract laboratory, and clinical industries in the Northeast region for over 20 years. Her extensive background and expertise have made her a highly regarded figure in the field of microbiology.

  • Background and Experience: Kiee has over 20 years of experience in microbiology, having worked and consulted with numerous companies, and lead departments as Contamination Control Director and Director of Microbiology and Quality Assurance. She has been involved in various audits, including CLIA, FDA, EMA, MHRA, Board of Pharmacy and Microbiology Audits for Medical Device companies and standard internal audits for microbiology and analytical laboratories.
  • Expertise: Kiee is a subject matter expert in microbiology, environmental monitoring, and contamination control strategies and best practices. She has hands-on experience in aseptic technique, method development and testing, regulatory compliance with European and United States agencies, and cGXP.
  • Achievements: Throughout her career, Kiee has independently established three microbiology laboratories from start-up to full operation and assisted numerous companies with comprehensive laboratory improvements. Her skills include laboratory and cleanroom commissioning and decommissioning, analytical method development, qualification, and process transfer, and the implementation, and review and process check.
  • Impact: To date, Kiee has worked with over 300 cleanrooms and contributed to more than 75 biotech validation and qualification projects. She regularly facilitates speaking engagements, technical presentations, and training sessions for various companies throughout the Northeast.
